The pricing depends on the number of guests, season and length of stay. The visitor’s tax of EUR 3.00 is charged additionally per person from the age of 16 per night. We look forward to your enquiry and will be happy to prepare an individual offer for you.
In order to fix your reservation, we ask you for a deposit of approx. 30% of the total accommodation costs. We will inform you about the amount of the deposit together with the reservation confirmation. You can pay for your stay in cash or via bank transfer.
The minimum stay is two days. During following periods only bookings for whole weeks are possible: Christmas, New Year’s Eve, February till mid-March, Whitsun, July till mid-September.
Withdrawal and cancellation conditions
Before arrival you have the possibility to cancel your booking at any time by written declaration.
In the event of cancellation up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date at the latest, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.
In the period from 3 months before the date of arrival, cancellation of the booking is only possible against payment of the following cancellation fees:
- from 3 months to 1 month before the day of arrival we charge 40% of the total accommodation costs;
- from 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival we charge 70% of the total accommodation costs;
- in case of cancellation within the last week before the arrival day we charge 90% of the total accommodation costs, 100% in case of early departure or no-show.
Note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.
The provisions of the Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie (AGBH 2006) apply.
European travel insurance
Because unexpected things can always happen: sometimes things turn out differently than planned and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or aborted. We would like to spare you the unnecessary costs and the associated hassle in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, as a precaution for cancellation or early departure, we recommend that you insure yourself with the European Travel Insurance.
